Instructions to get in were perfect. Location was great. Parking on street (free) was very easy. Large space for 7 adults. Elevator to get to third floor was great. Bedroom on third floor was ADA compliant and had a nice patio attached to it.

Showers: shower heads are very high - about 11 feet up - and pressure very poor. By the time the water hits you, it's little more than a mist. Plus, because there are no shower doors or curtains (except in one bath) you freeze during that shower. Bedroom on the first floor very small - no closet - bathroom really tight - really only good for one person, not couple. Maintenance was lax, We were in the bedroom on the second floor at the top of the stairs. Our toilet paper holder fell apart, the back of the chair at the desk came lose and the back fell off (we were able to reattach - but really? Should we have to fix the furniture?), and the hardware for the shade was loose and nobody bothered to screw it in. Not really sure what was going on in the other bedrooms, but assuming similar maintenance issues. Not enough seating in the living area for 8 adults - you have to move chairs from bedrooms and SUPER SMALL dining area - a small table for two and three bar stools, even though you advertise you can sleep eight. Our bed was hard as a rock and the towels were like sandpaper. Refrigerator didn't make any ice. Finally, the refrigerator is right next to an exterior wall that must be made of cement. When I opened the left door, I didn't realize the door couldn't be opened all the way, and banged my engagement ring against said cement wall, pushing the diamond from sitting flat upwards by 45 degrees. My setting is destroyed and will have to be repaired, and I'm lucky the diamond didn't dislodge. So whatever value we got by staying here was instantly cancelled out by what I'm going to have to spend with a jeweler to reset my ring.

Great for a group. Spacious, nice amenities and deco. Super comfy beds and responsive to a few easy inquiries we had.

The first floor was very chilly (visited in January, temps 30-40’s). Other 3 floors were very comfortable.

The showers were too high and unable to adjust height. Water just sprays on your head. Unable to locate the temperature controls to adjust heat and air.

It was convenient to everything.
