Particular helpful and friendly staff - Alejandra on reception and the breakfast staff especially Pablo cooking the eggs.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews especially negative and had also shared all of the below with staff during my stay. I’m so surprised this property has the rating it has. I had such a poor experience. Firstly noise - I was in room 301 and was disturbed my whole stay by the loud pinging of the elevator which beeps whenever it passes each floor (not only when it opens at that floor), it’s like torture. Secondly drainage - my room was a disability access room allegedly. The shower got water everywhere - not only the bathroom but the bedroom too. It didn’t drain at all and the floor was soaking and slippy (see pics). This seems dangerous and irresponsible for a disabled access room - there was definitely an issue with the drains. I told reception about both issues after 1 night & they said they’d contact the manager to ask if I could move room. This was 6am on the day and I didn’t hear anything all day - when I returned at 10pm there was no note/reference to my issues and I was told the hotel is full. At least the cleaning staff had cleaned the shower water but of course it happened again on day 2. Small things like my room had no TV remote control, no small towel or water on day 2, and if you want to use a hairdryer you need to ask reception and leave your passport!? Breakfast is basic. As others have said this is really a student accommodation with some extra rooms. I stayed at the Ibis nearby before this and had such a better experience for similar price (but was full this time) so would recommend you skip Uma and do the same.

El ruido, hay bastante ruido de las personas dentro y fuera del lugar se escucha mucho y muy duro inclusive en un momento se hicieron frente a la puerta unas personas sobre las 2 am y el ruido era bastante molesto y luego sobre las 5:30 -6 igual bastante ruido Adicional la habitación es demasiada caliente
