Not all apartments in the building have parking spaces in the underground garage. Before making a reservation, please contact us to confirm the possibility of booking a parking lot. In the photo gallery in individual apartments, there are icons informing whether a given apartment has a parking space in the underground garage (for an additional fee) and whether pets are allowed in the apartment (also an additionally paid option). Since not all apartments have assigned parking spaces in the underground garage, it is possible to park on the street (this is a paid option from Monday to Friday).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
