Witcroft Cottage

Very clean and comfortable property located a short walk from the town. This was our second time visiting and hopefully we will return.

Super comfy beds, we really appreciated that there was some essentials there already like tea, sugar and milk for us. As weather was so good we took full advantage of the little garden and seating. It was everything former reviews had said and more.

Parking was a little difficult nearby

Excellent, a little walk to town centre so location was super. Comfy beds, fab shower, lovely, clean cottage, garden quaint with little hideaway.

Witcroft Cottage has a brilliant location within walking distance of the Abbey and centre of town. Although an old cottage, it has been tastefully upgraded to include all modern facilities. We especially enjoyed breakfast in the cosy dining nook, lovely hot showers and comfy beds. Also very appreciative of the Christmas decorations, yummy welcome goodies and emergency towel delivery! Thank you, a lovely festive stay.

Nothing, we loved it all. Just as info for others though, parking near the property was a little challenging when we arrived so we had to carry our bags and bits down the road to unload. Some might find the stairs to first and second floors a little challenging although they were no problem for us.
