Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefällt.

Kein Klimaanlage, sondern eine Luftungsanlage. Diese war laut, alle 15 Minuten schaltete sich die Anlage für ein Paar Sekunden aus, dann ging sie wieder an. Dabei ertönten 5 laute Signale, die man vor allem Nachts gehört hat. Ein Sofa war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Sitzflächen rutschten ständig raus.

The host was very helpful and offered early check in. She also gave tons of information about the area and was very responsive. The apartment is exceptionally clean and has everything you could need. It appears to be almost new and is modern. The town where it is located is small, but it does have a lively night life. There is a nightly market with music and lots of people enjoying themselves. There are several grocery stores nearby and for us, coming from the US, we were surprised at the good prices. There is one market called MD which is very inexpensive and good for basic things. The is another market called Eurospar that we really liked because you can get premade foods and antipasti. Try the eggplant parmesan. The apartment has a nice outdoor dining area. You can also walk a short walk to lots of restaurants or to get a cappuccino. I would recommend this apartment if you prefer a quiet area and don't mind driving a bit to go to the beach and other attractions. I would say it is not as touristy as other areas.

As others have stated about the garbage and recycling, it was complicated for us. We tried very hard to do it correctly. We were frustrated because the only instructions were not very clear and we read them many times to do it right. If you don't do it properly, you will have to take your trash with you and take to a recycling/trash center. This is also a problem if you are leaving on a Sunday, when it is closed. Also, the apartment was not cool enough for us. There is a themometer inside the apartment and it was constantly 84-86 degrees Fahrenheit, which is just not cool enough. You cannot control the temperature from the inside and despite asking several times, it never got any cooler.
