Great location and friendly staff.

The venue is billed as 'luxury' but in my opinion it falls short of this classification.

The kitchen was complete with everything i needed! The location is perfect. The staff was great!! They helped us with some changed we needed. Thank you very much! Excellent attentions!

The kitchen was complete, loved it! It had everything i needed for cooking. The living room is spacious and the beds are nice. The location is amazing.

The only thing would have been outside windows.

In town,close to everything

We arrived had to wait 5 hours, they advised maintenance needed to be done. We went for a walk and look around for 3 hours, upon returning our bags were still in the corridor, not secure behind desk. When we entered the room a sign on the washing machine was not to use it (it had water in it and smelled) only 2 towels for 4 people, not enough cutlery for 4 people, no toaster, TV's did not work, front door had to be slammed as it di not automatically close. No views. once we advised front reception they advised we could look for another property if we wanted. The reception girl came up and fixed 2 of the 3 TV's. Got 2 more towels and toaster (which did not work - had to hold down for it to toast bread. Very dissappinted to say the least

It’s by Pikes Place

It was dirty when we arrived to our room, every surface felt grimy. The floors browned our socks in 2 minutes (see pics). There were silverfish by the sink the second we went in. It reeked of a nursing home. There were paint splatters on the bathroom floor from the obvious rushed flip job the contractor did to the place. We were given a broken pack-n-play for my seven month old to sleep in as the locking mechanism wasn’t working (see pics). The bed is on wheels and moves even after putting the brakes on. There are buttons hanging off the panel in the elevator. We were offered a late checkout but when we called to claim it we were put through ai agent hell where it eventually forwarded us to a number not in service instead of the front desk. We emailed, texted, and called repeatedly but it took 4 hours for someone to reach back to us and by that point it was near checkout time. The photos online make it look way nicer than it is. I once mistakenly booked a Crack House on the US side of Niagara Falls for the same reason, misleading pictures. This place reminded me of that. A Marriott property, I almost couldn’t believe it. I felt lied to.

Good facilities and good service, excellent location

Bed was squeaky (like ridiculously) and not super comfortable

Staff did little or nothing to help with drop off or parking suggestions. The entry key pad did not accept the code we were given until several tries later. We were told we could not close the windows and the street noise was very loud, all night.
