The room was just what we needed The full English Breakfast was lovely.

Great location, right by the beach and close to the harbour. Substantial breakfasts.

Great location on the seafront and an excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Owner Sean is obviously trying his hardest to provide a good service but we were surprised that the tap water in the room was not drinkable and that it was not mentioned on the website. It would be a good idea to have bottled water in the fridge. Sean was willing to provide water upon request. The cold water in the shower cut off intermittently in our room and so made showering safely a challenge. We also had a pump in our room which seemed to be activated when the shower was used in the adjacent room and so was noisy. We know upgrading is challenging in a listed building.

Excellent service, great host, breakfast was lovely, excellent rooms with great views, thank you very much, we will definitely return.

Traditional seaside B&B with nice room. Lovely views from bay window overlooking the Esplanade and beach. Choice of breakfasts ,all of which were nice. Sean, the owner was friendly and easy going and made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Weymouth.

Very clean b&b but could do with updating. Owner very friendly and accommodating. In a great position Very near to beach and town. Food lovely and plentiful. Would recommend.

The place was well suited within easy reach of the train station, and close proximity of the harbor, shops and restaurants. Our twin bedded room which we specially selected was located on the top floor (3 flights of stairs - this should have been highlighted in the hotel/room description), so we could have then decided whether to go ahead with the booking or not. After checking in we noticed that the TV remote was not working. Had to text the owner for assistance, who kindly replaced the batteries. Breakfast was pleasant enough, but not exceptional. Juices were from concentrate - not pressed or freshly squeezed which are readily available in supermarkets today. Also there was no muesli for cereal. Difficult to maintain steady shower water temperature. Hairdryer was very sticky - had to wrap it in a towel in order to hold it !

Smashing stay. Sean the host was a very friendly, nice guy and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well prepared. Breakfasts were fabulous. I’ve stayed in many guest houses in Weymouth over the years, and this is one of the best. Couldn’t fault it… will definitely return.
