Friendly staff. Cute hotel. Very clean, spacious room with very comfortable beds, shower and bathtub combo that my kids had a fun bubble bath in. Bidet with warmed seats. The play facilities—in particular the electric kid cars. My kids absolutely loved driving the cars and didn’t want to leave. Included breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was tasty. Overall great 1 night stay!

The indoor play area spans across 2 levels - my young kids had a blast. Location was alright, few food stalls around the corner, night market a good 10min walk, PX Mart just across the road. The rooms were large and clean, and were child friendly.

Beds were a little too soft for my liking, I like a firm bed. Shower cubicle was small, and not many hooks to hang wet towels/worn clothes.

Staff are generally very friendly, nice and responsive. Ball pit, car track, and 3 meter slide were highlight of the trip. Free parking! I can't imagine if I had to find parking on the street.

1. Horrible housekeeping: the room was never properly cleaned and it clearly showed. House shaped shelves are covered in dust thicker than your grandmom's attic. There were used and dried contact lenses of previous guests on the head borad of my bed, and there was also a hairband on the towel hook. Who knows what else is left there. And the carpet, oh boy, I would never let my child's bare feet touch it, ever. 2. Stingy operation: no matter how many occupants booked, you get 2 bottles of water. No hand soap or slippers (for the dirty carpet) are available citing government law banning single use products even though a soap dispenser and reusable slippers can easily been provided. I cannot understand how any hotel operator expect its guests to carry handsoap when they travel. 3. Dark parking area: parking lot access is very narrow but what bothers me the most is that the parking lot is so poorly lit. Yes it conserves energy but it also makes it so much harder to see. For someone working on the property everyday, it is probably ok. However, please take into consideration that your guests are new to the space. They need light to orient themself, find a open spot, and avoid hitting obstacles and machines in the parking area.
