the hotel does not match its advertised standard, and I would not recommend it. During our 4-day stay, there was not a single housekeeping or room service visit.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is old, dirty, and looks nothing like the photos online. The rooms are poorly maintained, and the overall condition of the property is far below expectations. be prepared to carry your luggage up and down long flights of stairs, as there is no assistance provided.

Agus and Eddie are the best!! They made our stay so smooth and enjoyable. Great to communicate with and helped us with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Thank you both for everything. Facilities are basic but good , clean , comfy bed and the location is 5 minutes on a scooter to the nearest street with restaurants and cafes. Agus and Eddie are both amazing.
