Le personnel est au top, je voyage beaucoup et suis très exigeante en matière de professionnalisme. L'endroit correspond à la description. L'appartement est nickel, grand et bien équipé, même si l'insonorisation laisse entendre les pleurs des enfants, mais c'est la vie.

Une profonde incompréhension face aux trois rappels reçu pour une note de 5 $ pour un service déjà payé. Notre confirmation du paiement n'a pas été vérifiée pour éviter ce harcèlement. Il est essentiel que la confiance s'établisse mutuellement entre les deux parties. De ce fait, nous avons changé d'hébergement pour les 2 dernières nuits.
