Location was good, but to get an evening meal prior to arrival it was difficult.

Compared to Nov 2022, it was disappointing. No cooked breakfast or cafe. The rooms were tired .

Beautiful accommodation with large room, super comfortable bed and lovely facilities. Breakfast was very tasty and well presented. In a central position in Clyde to all restaurants and shops

The owner was very welcoming and showed me around. The room and bathroom was very clean. A lovely breakfast the next day.

The instant we entered Dunstan House we were given a warm and cheerful welcome from Meredith - and eventually Ian, her husband, who was out on an emergency call - even though we had arrived many hours too early. Our stay in the historic property exceeded expectations. A most hospitable ambience pervades the whole building with lovely wooden textures everywhere. Our room was very comfortable with a pleasing outlook and lots of natural light, and although we had a shared bathroom this did not present a problem at any point in our stay. Breakfast was very tasty and I would thoroughly recommend the superb salads, savouries and sweetmeats that they serve in the café throughout the day. Dunstan House is bang in the centre of Clyde with a bar and two restaurants mere paces from the front door, and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in town.

A beautiful historic lodge. The owners were super friendly and helpful and you felt that nothing would have been a problem for them. Good recommendations for dining and other experiences. We enjoyed the breakfast in the dining room with special touches of beautiful fine china being used for tea.
