The cleaner was helpful to get on to the lady who organised our airport transfer after she ignored my calls and the driver rushed to get us to the airport after he was told to pick us up at a completely different time than what we agreed on (not the drivers fault).

Pool was green. Was told it was due to recent rain and the pool had been treated. We had a friend stay at another house in the same estate 500m away and that pool was beautiful blue Place was okay clean. They gave us a big list of rule to follow. Affected by loadshedding. Had to set alarms to wake up for loadshedding to turn the aircon off as it’s not allowed to be on during loadshedding. Value for money isn’t there. Our friends accommodation was a fraction of the price and included breakfast. Booked an airport transfer and the transfer was 40 minutes late. We were minutes away from missing our flight due to the incompetence of their staff. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN ALL MY TRAVELS. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
