Remote check in experience. Excellent, clear instructions that were very easy to follow. No problems at all. The hotel and room were stunning. Facilities were perfect. Exactly what we wanted for a short stay. Lots of parking very close by (outside the entrance of the courtyard gates)

Nothing at all.

Staff availability and friendliness, location of the property and intimate, relaxed atmosphere within the city. Also, having arrived by car, the possibility of parking practically right in front of the entrance.

The room was not cleaned after the first night — towels were not replaced and the bed was not made. We reported this at check-out and would have at least appreciated an apology.

Perfect location, amazing experience of an old building. Everything as said. We came just after 6pm and nobody was there but clear instructions led us to our room. In the morning staff was nice, polite and helpful with our issue. And our issue was that our car was towed away to clear the space for Friday morning market...

Well, instead of sending me template letter regarding arrival, they should add to it one line to warn me that I cannot park our car overnight on certain streets because they will be removed be city officials for Friday morning market. I believe, most likely, there was written warning somewhere on the street but still my French is far from that level. That cost me 2hrs, 35e for taxi, 135e for tow service, missed paid Mont saint Michel guided tour....

Location very nice, excellent room cleaning

Emplacement très bien situé, dans le centre, très calme, au 3e étage dans la chambre blanche, parfait. Stationnement facile dans la rue, mais payant de 9h30 à 19h00.

Very steep steps on ancient stone circular staircase and we were on the third floor

Tout L'emplacement en plein cœur de la ville mais malgré cela très au calme la décoration est magnifique. La chambre est confortable et propre Il y a une machine à café dans la chambre ce qui est appréciable

Le seul bémol le petit-déjeuner avec un cake industriel c'est dommage la charcuterie était de qualité moyenne en revanche la viennoiserie était fraîche. Jus de fruits en bouteille dommage
