The property was cosy comfortable and in a great location

The property was not particularly clean things left in the fridge from previous tenants the washing machine and a couple of saucepans had not been cleaned. Also and it’s a small thing but there was nothing left for our use not even a toilet roll or a bin liner …… it costs next to nothing to put those things in the house but just makes such a difference when you arrive

Easy to find and access

Cosy cottage with excellent facilities. In a perfect location for Lymington town and a short drive to the new forest and surrounding villages.

Great location, easy to get to by train and car, easy enough to find parking. Lovely and clean, well stocked kitchen for cooking. Clear guest book with lots of helpful tips for where to go around town and nearby.

The steps are very steep to get upstairs. Not suitable for elderly, infirm or young children

Cosy, clean and kitchen facilities brilliant. location to town was walking distance. The Christmas tree and decorations we're a lovely touch. Thank you

Parking was OK but o lying having just parking permit was difficult as we we're a two car visitor. Also thought seating with four guests was a bit of a squeeze also sofa not the comfy

The location was extremely convenient and the house well equipped. We knew before we arrived that there was no dedicated parking spot but we did not have any trouble in finding a parking space just metres from the house during the time that we were there.

There were numerous mentions of the requirement for a blind both at the bathroom door and at the back door in the guest book and I agree with this. Also there was a milk frother that had obviously been overlooked because it had very rancid and mouldy milk in it.
