Next time I would look for an upstairs bathroom , better parking and easier stairs. This review reflects our age ie 70+.

"Nice cottage, perfect for small family, amazing location."

Fantastic location, really nice kitchen and bedrooms. Coffee machine etc a nice touch. Had everything we needed, managed to park on Waterloo Road every day.

House/paint was a bit tatty in places (front door, weeds, woodwork inside) compared to the photos. Garden was also rather poor condition/rusty furniture. We could appreciate a lot of money had been spent on the boiler/heating/kitchen but other areas lacked. Also had no TV/Sky all week.

location to town centre

with children, you have to do some washing. A better washing line outside would be good rather than using lots of electricity using a tumble dryer.
