Nest Hotel Naha Nishi

Super schön, warm & modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Zimmer waren für japanische Verhältnisse gross.

Wir hatten die Wäsche in der Waschmaschiene / Trockner combie. Der Alarm war gestellt und von den Moment als der Alarm geklingelt hat, bis wir dann im Waschraum standen, vergingen maximall 4 Minuten. Doch all wir rein kammwn, räumte ein Mitarbeiter unsere Wäsche bereits aus, und zwei weitere Gäste standen da und warteten. Als wir fragen weshalb unsere Wäsche jetzt rausgenommen wird, drücke der Mitarbeitet uns die Tasche in die Hand und ging. Völlig perplex haben wir die Wäsche (welche noch sehr feucht war genommen). Mit Rücksprache an der Reception am nächsten Tag, hiess es, die zwei Gäste haben reklamiert und wollten auch Ihre Wäsche waschen. Wir haben dann erläutert dass wir dieses Vorhaben grundsätzlich verstehen, wenn Gäste ihre Wäsche nicht zeitig holen, wir es aber nicht nachvollziehen könne dass dies innerhalb von wenigen Minuten geschieht. .

飯店地理位置佳，房間性價比高，乾淨舒適，洗浴用品好用！

退房時間電梯剛好在保養，只能使用ㄧ台

我住的是連通房，本來擔心單人床太小空間不夠大，結果確實有點小、但有兩間房連在一起空間感就不同

Nothing. If you're planning to go to Okinawa, please do NOT stay at this hotel – this was the most terrifying accommodation experience of our lives, no exaggeration.

At 5:30 in the morning, while we were still asleep, someone used a key card to open our door from the outside. We were jolted awake by the sound – we had double-checked that the door was locked before going to bed. Through the gap in the door, we saw a man standing outside. When he realized it wouldn't open, he actually tried swiping the card a second time to get in. We immediately shouted at him to stop and called the front desk for help – but no one answered. We were completely helpless. Fortunately, the door was locked, so he couldn't get in. When we asked the hotel about it afterward, the truth was even more absurd: The man simply told the front desk, "I'm staying in that room," and they gave him a new key card – no ID check, no verification, not even a staff member to accompany him upstairs. Later, the front desk just brushed it off as a "misunderstanding." We were so shaken that we couldn't close our eyes again. If we had forgotten to lock the door, or if we hadn't been in the room at the time – the consequences would have been unthinkable. Giving out room keys to strangers like that shows complete disregard for guest safety. We will never stay here again, and I sincerely urge everyone to avoid this hotel.
