I liked the staff, they were very attentive, and the location was excellent.

I found the room very dirty, the breakfast very bad, there was no fresh fruit, only fruit in syrup, the coffee made in a machine was very bad, no plant-based milk options. Overall, I found the hotel very expensive for what it offers.

Adorei o Hotel, superou as minhas expectativas. O pessoal da recepção foi excepcional, muito hospitaleiros, simpáticos e sempre disponíveis. Os quartos espetaculares, nao muito grandes mas com o essencial para se passar uma noite. Perto de tudo, da para ir a pe a qualquer sitio turístico. Gostei muito e irei voltar de certeza!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci è stato anche offerto un upgrade gratuito della camera, un gesto davvero apprezzato. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Anche la colazione è stata molto buona, con una scelta varia e prodotti di qualità. La posizione è comoda per visitare Porto e l’atmosfera della struttura è accogliente e rilassante. Consigliamo sicuramente questo hotel e ci torneremmo volentieri.
