Incredibly gently staff, best staff ever

L’hotel è fantastico, molto pulito e vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Anche il personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

L’unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è che non ci sono state dette molte cose che abbiamo scoperto durante il soggiorno (non dallo staff), ad esempio: - i transfer per l’aeroporto vanno prenotati il giorno prima - la possibilità di fare la doccia l’ultimo giorno c’è, ma bisogna prenotare anche quella il giorno prima - se si soggiorna al di sotto dei 7 giorni, tutti i ristoranti dell’hotel sono alla carta e non inclusi nell’all inclusive, a parte il main restaurant - tutte le offerte della SPA non sono comprese (come sembra di capire qui su Booking) Infine c’è una piccola disorganizzazione dello staff, ad esempio se si chiede la stessa cosa a due persone del personale diverse è possibile che vi rispondano in modo diverso; come ad esempio: noi alla mattina abbiamo ordinato un espresso macchiato, mentre il pomeriggio stesso ci hanno detto che non era nel menu. Allo stesso modo un giorno ci hanno detto che un drink era compreso nell’all inclusive, mentre il giorno seguente no.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The facility is clean and well designed. We had a great stay.

The food could have been better and more variety. They could offer more seafood. The airport shuttle service is not good at all. We needed to send an email to the company at least 48h before arriving to schedule the pick up. We did that but they never showed up. Also, you can just get a taxi at the airport for a cheaper price. For drop off, we had to wait 20+ min for them to show up at the meeting point. Please just schedule a taxi and forget about the pick up and drop off service.

The breakfast was excellent

Excellent value for the money! The staff was really helpful and made us feel at home, the buffet is great quality and varied, the rooms are very nicely decorated and location is really good as well. Drinks are included even at the beach.

There's a very ugly building between the main pool and the beach, but what are you gonna do? There also a couple á la cartè restaurants and they were actually not good at all in comparison with the buffet.

The hotel, the sea, and the food were wonderful. Vivi is the best customer relations representative; she was very helpful for everything. Thanks for the little surprise, also. :)
