Need better pillows

The desk clerk was helpful, and professional. The lobby was very clean. Our room smelled clean when we walked in.

The free coffee was hard to find. No complimentary breakfast of any kind. We didn’t want to use anything in the room bc we thought everything cost. The water in our room was $3.00 per bottle.

This was one of the better Hiltons we stayed in. The rooms were a nice size. Little disappointed that we had to pay for the water in the room. Usually there are complimentary waters for the guests. Only had breakfast there but there were very few choices. We were referred to the little market in the lobby. We will do that if we return.

Exactly what I need. Most importantly, plenty of green space for my dogs!

Very nice business-type hotel. I would not suggest that people get rooms on the second floor if you want to open the blinds as the hotel is right on the street and it feels like anyone on the street is essentially in your room with you. Also the restaurant was closed (as it apparently is regularly) so there were limited dinner and breakfast options. I am not sure if the hotel makes that clear on its website or this site, but it was a surprise to me. Otherwise a very nice hotel with very friendly and competent staff.

We stayed here for 1 night, to attend a service nearby. The lobby, shop, cafe, and restaurant are busy, extremely nice, and attract locals (I think) as well as guests.

Very nice and clean facility. Just had issue with fir alarm set off by staff. While accidental they couldn’t figure out how to get it to stop. Other than that, good experience. Oh and could have better food options in “market” and cafe!

What a great hotel!!! We were playing at the nearby rink and this was the perfect place to stay. We could actually walk to the rink, as well as numerous restaurants. It seems very new and everything is immaculate. The front desk guys, Tyler and David, were very nice and quick to respond via the chat feature in the app. Beds were comfortable, sheets were soft, lighting was good, lots of outlets and ports, ample storage, and one of the best hotel gyms I’ve encountered. If we have a need to stay in this area again, I’ll definitely book a room here.
