All was great but if you have an Expedia prepaid reservation, make absolute sure you let the hotel host know., upon arrival.

Front desk and lobby staff should smile more. Goes a long way. Otherwise, one night stay was great.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been, including some luxury brands.. and Chester, the GM, is literally the best!

This hotel is very nice but a couple of employees could be much better. My room was clean and comfortable, the hotel lobby is nice, and it has a MUCH nicer restaurant than most Hilton Garden Inn’s. I am Hilton Diamond for Life which basically means I’ve spent a lot of time in Hilton properties…too many! :-). I was very happy with the hotel, and my coworkers and I had booked about 15 rooms. My HGI profile is set for the $10 food and beverage credit per day. Because I often didn’t have time for breakfast, I told the front desk person I was going to get some snacks within my $10 food and beverage credit budget. He said that was fine and I made sure it fell into that amount. When I checked out, I was charged for the snacks with no credit back. I called the hotel and spoke to a very rude woman. She told me I HAD to use the credit in the restaurant every day which has never been the case in any HGI I’ve stayed in ever. She then kept talking over me and would not listen. It was such a frustrating and rude call and really left me with a soured opinion of this hotel.
