The location was amazing, everything was within walking distance. The staff were so kind and helpful. The apartment was grand with lots of storage and the bathroom was very clean and spacious

Although the apartment was great, the floors would creak.

"Great apartment, fitted with everything you could need and great location"

Property is in a great location, very close to Lancaster Station and Lancaster city centre where all the shops are. Station is about 5 min walk, shops/restaurants/cafes are 3 min walk. It was nicely decorated. The property has a kitchen with all you could need I imagine, plus teas and coffee. Nice smart TV downstairs with apps you can sign into and watch plus live TV. Bathroom also had hairdryer, cotton buds and pads, enough tissue to last for our stay and also extra towels. Shower is a good size with shampoo and body wash. Property has AC control and ironing board also.

The bed was only slightly uncomfortable as there were two separate mattresses joined together. Would also have liked it if the TV upstairs was a smart TV so could enjoy from the comfort of lying down in bed. We stayed in apartment number 1 that does not have a dining table which would have been handy as we stayed for 5 days. I believe apartment 3 does have a dining table though.

Very clean. Great location. Parking nearby. Comfortable bed. Although in centre of town, very quiet.

No complaints but if anything, a couple of shelves in the wardrobe area would have been ideal.
