No había agua caliente el aire acondicionado estaba muy fuerte en recepción nunca vi a nadie la mayoría del tiempo y nunca pude usar la pisina

Mi estancia fue maravillosa desde mi llegada hasta mi partida. Al llegar al hotel, el personal de recepción fue muy profesional y amable, tambien debo mencionar que el personal de limpieza fue muy profecional y amable; mantuvieron mi habitacion impecable todos los días de mi estancia. Debo decir que cuando regrese a Puerto Rico, Royal Delonix será mi primera opción, sin duda alguna. My stay was wonderful from the moment I arrived until I left. When I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were very professional and friendly, I must also mention that the cleaning staff were very professional and friendly; they kept my room spotless every day of my stay. I must say when I return to Puerto Rico, Royal Delonix will be my first choice, 100/100.
