Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben direkt im Hotel die Tour zum Colca Canyon gebucht und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der hauseigene Wäscheservice funktioniert super.

"Una joya oculta en Arequipa."

Está en un pasaje en el cual no se escucha nada, el silencio es absoluto, por lo que es muy ideal para dormir de maravillas, sobre todo cuando se tiene salidas muy tempranas.

Salvo que hay que subir de escaleras, ya que no hay ascensor, por todo lo demás está bastante bien.

C’était tout simplement génial ! Au calme (dans un cul de sac), à 10 min à pied du centre ville, TRÈS propre (standard européen), chambres spacieuses, lits confortables, belle terrasse où prendre le petit déjeuner très convenable ! Ils ont même gardés nos sacs gratuitement pendant 2 jours quand nous avons fait une excursion ! Merci encore à l’équipe exceptionnelle (mention spéciale pour Yan) !
