"the pictures of the rooms are not real"

after confirming my booking I arrived at the property located in the middle of a trash neighborhood and they told me that they have no more free rooms.

I could not enter the hotel, it has no access roads, the car could not enter and I lost the money I paid for the reservation, it is the bad thing about expidia that sells some services of companies that are not available to clients who travel at the level international without knowing the properties, they must select more the hotels that offer

"Awesome stay on our way to the Desert"

Owner and staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was made fresh. Pool was a nice addition as Riohacha is very hot. Restaurant recommendation for dinner was great. Room is clean and as advertised. Nothing to criticize.
