Central to everything we wanted to see and do in Old Montreal. The rooftop pool was more like hot tub water, which I loved. The view was spectacular

The fire alarm went off just past 11pm. Everything was fine but when most went downstairs, there was really no one at the door directing or updating. A gentleman we met during this said it happened to him last year at the same hotel.

Beautiful property, clean and updated. Restaurant on site has a superb breakfast buffet. Drinks on the rooftop pool deck was fantastic.

The hand soap + dish. The soap was getting stuck to the dish. They need to move to liquid like every other hotel. Lack of water. Only at arrival at hotel we had water bottles

Great property, great location very nice staff. We wanted for nothing.

The roof pool was pumping so much heated water that it felt like a hot tub instead of a pool, with being on a roof with no shade or parasols you would want the pool to at least be refreshing on a hot summer day. There was no reprieve from the heat up there at all.

Here are all the good things we love about this hotel: the comfortable bed, the great bathroom facilities, the great and friendly service, the wonderful breakfast buffet and above all, the amazing heated rooftop pool. What an amazing view!

Unfortunately the rooftop pool only opened at 7 am. Being jetlagged coming from Europe, we would have loved a dip earlier. And a big minus goes to the noise we experienced on the weekend. Just next door is a courtyard where events can be held. We were very unlucky to have been there with an event being held with very loud music until 2am. That was very disturbing and annoying. And nothing that the hotel could do about. So we guess that might happen often on weekends.
