The Hotel had a welcoming look. The staff was smiling, the rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast spread was amazing, and the taste was terrific. Great value for money. Keep up the good work.

The property did not have a dedicated or an underground parking facility. That was a bit on inconvenience. However, there was the valet parking facility and the staff was more than accommodative of our request to get the vehicle cleaned.

A Perfect Stay at Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar – Exceptional Service from Reception to Restaurant! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Playotel Premier Vijay Nagar, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and professional reception staff, and the exceptional service continued throughout my stay. At the front desk, Shivam & Praveen welcomed me with a warm smile and made check-in incredibly smooth. Ravi was not only efficient but also took the time to provide me with all the necessary information and prompt support if we require anything . They even offered a great recommendation for a nearby park,temple to visit, making me feel like a valued guest right from the start. The highlight of my stay, however, was the dining experience at Restaurant . The restaurant had a wonderful ambiance, and the food was absolutely outstanding. The staff were attentive and eager to make sure every guest felt comfortable and well-cared for. Poonam,Ramakrishna,Mayank,Suresh,Uday the server who took care of us, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent menu suggestions and A special shoutout goes to Abhishek & Vaidehi , who took our feedback regarding food and made changes as well. The room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I could need. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which allowed me to stay connected during my trip. The flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and coffee maker were great touches, and I found the in-room safe to be a practical addition for storing valuables. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly thanks to the perfect room temperature, adjustable via the air conditioning.

However, one downside to the room was the lack of open windows. Although the air conditioning worked fine, I did experience a bit of discomfort due to the lack of natural ventilation. The air felt a bit stuffy at times, especially when I wanted to enjoy some fresh air. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it's something to consider if you're sensitive to ventilation.

Room cleanliness, excellent breakfast with many varieties, courteous staff, provided good taxi services and attention to detail.
