The house is so cozy with a mix of traditional & modern style. Very quiet area & near to family mart & bus stop. Good job to the owner for keeping the house in good condition. We experienced the last day of snow in Kyoto.

Great locations… convenient bus transportation within Kyoto…. Tremendous facilities… no.1 choice for a family trip with so much advantages!

A bit much noise from the car road outside when on the first floor, but otherwise an amazing place.

Though it is a little bit far to go to the downtown, some tourist attractions and amenities are convenient near the hotel. If you'd like to try the Senntowu in Japan, this place will be the nice place because it is near to a vintage one. The house is a typical Japanese style. We enjoyed good nights by Tatami. The room is big enough to take the whole family here. There is well quipped bar and kitchen that you can cook some meals. The staff is so considerate to tell us how to check in and provide necessities in the room in advance.

The TV in the house cannot be watched smoothly, and it may be improved.

Spacious, big apartment. The tatami floor was awesome. The bar looks great on the ground floor.

Location is a bit further from the center. A sofa would be nice on the ground floor
