A localização é o ponto forte da hospedagem, assim como o café da manhã que é bem servido e tem ótimas tapiocas.

O quarto precisa de reforma, muita coisa velha, pintura com mofo e infiltrações, teia de aranha, porta velha que mal fecha, a limpeza é bem ruim, ar condicionado pingando, travesseiro ruim.

Atendimento dos funcionários, limpeza ( rejuntes com limo, roupa de cama manchadas,) , café da manhã fraco, instalações ruins ( pias pequenas, torneiras de plástico).
