Very nice clean appartment close to pleasure beach, would stay again

All fine, easy to collect keys. Place was clean. Location was walking distance to the south pier / train station. Although we were not in Blackpool to be 'tourists' Our accommodation was changed a few days before arrival. We were offered a choice of two other options. The owners / management team communicated well via sms.

Parking in the local area is residents only. Many expensive car parks just for overnight stay. Expected costs would have been helpful. As the property accommodation is in the roof space it was a rather noisy stay due to the winds rattling the tiles and the windows. The angle of the roof and the size of the main bedroom would make it very difficult for tall people to use comfortably. We are 5'7" and 5'8" only and it was not ideal for us. As the side of the bed is pushed against the wall you can only get in / out of the bed one way, again not ideal.

Reasonable location

Worn out house which absolutely not corresponding to the picture. Stay was interrupted due to the burst pipe in the ceiling of the bedroom at around 8am on the Easter morning. This led to the swift evacuation with 5 and 1 year old as panicing management personal for more than an hour were not able to locate water main stop valve for the house. No replacement replacement property was offered as well as no assistance was provided besides the statement “book further stay yourself”. No refund was provided besides the money return for the rest of stay, which obviously didn’t compensate last minute booking not to say wasted time and nconvenience caused. All in all awful management and no support. Money for service which not received would be recovered through the bank, and company will be reported to the relevant authorities for breaching Consumer Right Act 2015

The environment near this B&B is relatively quiet. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There is no parking space at the B&B. Fortunately, there is an open space nearby where you can park. The room is clean and well-equipped. The owner of the B&B is very attentive and has turned on all the facilities before we arrived. The room is heated, but there is a gap in the window on the right side of the bedroom. There happened to be a storm that night, so it was very noisy all night when the curtains blew, and I was worried that there would be rainwater leakage. Fortunately, it was safe. There was not enough hot water when taking a shower, but this should not happen in summer.

Clean and spacious flat. Good location - close to the pleasure beach. Very close to a private car park

All good but my suggestion would be a little pop up table of sorts for eating.

The location was great, very quiet, just what I needed.
