"Don’t stay here! "

Hotel did not clean room or change towels. After bringing to their attention they advised that they don’t clean the room or make bed or change towels every day. Was never told at check in. After advising they would rectify- they did nothing. Still waiting for the GM to call me back.

We were given one of the biggest rooms for our stay which was perfect. Plenty of room for our early Christmas with other family also in the hotel. Its very close to shopping, dining, and major freeways if you need to get other places. Breakfast was great each morning with many options. Bed was comfy and water pressure decent. Great stay.

The stay was great! Kassandra is amazing, she’s sweet and super welcoming. The room itself was super clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms as well. Will definitely book the next time I’m in the area.
