Cuando llegamos al hotel nos comunicaron que no había hospedaje, qué booking se había equivocado haciendo esta reserva. No nos ayudaron a buscar ninguna solución ni nada, simplemente que me había hospedaje. Muy mal servicio. Siempre que he reservado he llegado al lugar y cuento con hospedaje.

Tuve que pagar adicional por la mascota y se escucha un poco de ruido de las personas que ingresan al hotel. Sería bueno que incluyeran el desayuno.
