Clean Room, Nice smell, great Shower

When I arrived they said there was no room for me. The reservation was canceled, I called them earlier that day to tell them I would arrive late due to my travel between cities. They said it was okay we noted that you would arrive late and your room would be available when you arrived, BUT WHEN I GOT THERE IS NO ROOM!!
