Friendly owner and staff. Breakfast was available at a low price. Hotel was in a good location close to the center.

Rooms did not have much daylight. TV cable channels were limited.

Centrally located. Many interesting religious festivals around the Easter/Palm Sunday holidays. Also the staff went above & beyond to assist me purchasing bus tickets.

The Rooms were small but affordable.

Friendly staff with a central location. Theres a lot of street traffic (cars, motorcycles, people and vendors) but that's all part of the beautiful experience that is Popayan. Everything is a walk away, and inside is a quiet refuge.

great location, friendly staff, clean, good price.

Good location close to the centre the staff were very helpful & accomodated me even though i made a mistake with my booking. They explained where i should avoid walking at night alone & were very nice.

The hotel is a bit dated but the beds are nice & comfy.
