Las ubicación era perfecta, cerca del parque y restaurantes, y junto a un parqueadero. Nos atendieron muy amablemente tanto en la recepción como al desayuno (riquísimo).

La habitación era demasiado pequeña

We were genuinely surprised – and not in a good way – by the overall treatment. This is a small boutique hotel in Girón, yet they act as if they were a Hilton. Right after booking, we received a message saying we had to pay within 30 minutes or the reservation would not be valid. That number is only for payments – if you want to notify them of your arrival time, they tell you that’s not the right contact and offer no alternative. You can message via Booking, of course, but it’s a strange and unwelcoming experience. Breakfast is only from 6 to 8 am (absurdly early, with no flexibility), and there’s a big sign at reception saying "If you stay after checkout (12 pm), you’ll be charged for the full next night." The tone and communication throughout felt unreasonably harsh. The hotel itself is nice – clean rooms, decent breakfast – but the overall attitude really takes away from the experience. Would really suggest to start treating guests in a nice manner.

La situation en centre ville de l’hotel mais les chambres sont au calme. Le petit déjeuner dans la cour intérieure, le confort. Parking payant tout proche.

Pas de clef pour la porte extérieure ce qui oblige tout le monde à sonner même tard le soir. Avoir été obligé d’intervenir pour que certains clients n’occupent pas bruyamment la salle à manger le soir.
