La Troje de Adobe

Great Hotel! Keep in mind that there's a part of the hotel that is on the back. It's not connected to the lobby and you need to go around the building. That's where our rooms were located. For my group, it was great because we didn't have to go up the small uneven wooden stairs. Don't get me wrong, the wooden stairs are amazing, but not elderly friendly. Since we got the rooms on the back, it worked out perfect for my group. Also, Memo contacted me with Nacho, our tourist guide. Amazing service. Definitely coming back and recommending this hotel.

Guillermo was a wonderful host, very glad to answer questions (His English is very good.). In excellent central location. Note - hot water and heat may be intermittent. (31 last night.) great affordable, authentic place!!!!!!

Un hotel muy tranquilo y la atencion excelente. Muy cerca de la estacion del Chepe y los autobuses

It was well located. Close to the train and places of interest.

There wasn't anything negative.

Hotel rústico muy bien acondicionado a unos pasos del Chepe, y tres cuadras del centro de Creel. Cerca de restaurantes y comercios, único pero en fin de semana hay gente tomando en las calles cercanas, no molestan pero no es bueno el aspecto que dan. Ojalá el municipio corrigiera eso. Todo lo demás, vale la pena visitar Creel.

Les coupures de chauffage pendant la nuit et le froid . Mais ce n est pas la faute de l hotel.

Very friendly owner, and we loved the room and the house. Very welcoming, would highly recommend

The proprietor was very helpful and did a good job of orienting us to the room. He also went out of his way to show us the best place to cross the train tracks for the next morning. The hot water shower was fabulous. We booked La Troje for it's close proximity to El Chepe train station - 5 minute walk.

Our room had a propane heater, which worked well. For safety reasons, the gas is turned off between 12 midnight and 7am. Reasonable enough but if you are an early riser, the room will be cold (Jan/Feb anyway) until a while after 7am. Not a problem if you're a late riser.
