3 Pines Lodge Muskoka

When you walk in the door all you can smell is dampness and mold. The stairs leading up to the rooms look like they havent been vacuumed in months. Toilet only flused when it wanted too, some lights didnt work, wifi hardly worked. Our patio looked out into the woods and there was garbage everywhere. My husband forgot his glasses. Been trying to call and arrange for them to be sent through Purolator. 15+ phone calls and several voice-mails left and nobody will answer or return voice-mails. We travel quite often and after this, we would not recommend it.

Nice property, decent king room and in a good area between huntsville and bracebridge. Close to a nice beach in port sydney. Only downside to the trip was no coffee or breakfast like is shown when booking. The coffee shop i got recommended wasn't good either. If going into a town theres plenty of cafes and eaterys around. Would stay again for proximity to Algonquin/other muskoka towns

Looked like no one worked there when staying wifi password did not work .. The king size bed was nice room was clean

This was perfect for a night stop over for our travels through Cottage Country, Great price & Cute spot with a restaurant.

It’s a little dated but we didn’t hear anyone else at night and everything was clean.

It was an extremely hot day and they didn’t have the air on. It was a very long day driving and it would have been nice to step into a cool room. The corners of the room had spiderwebs, the toilet paper was thinner than tissue paper and there was quite a bit of garbage on the ground spilling out of the outdoor garbage bins. The cutest part was the poodle that greeted me. Just not an overall clean feel. I would not go back.

Great spot, excellent place to stay for a trip to the beach and beautiful amenities around near the lake.

For the price point, you can't really beat it. It is clean, bed is comfortable. There is ample parking at the front and opposite side od street. Parking does get crowded as the lodge is attached to a pub that runs in the early evenings. That being said, this is a bare bones as it gets. The fact it does not even have a chair in the room is a first for me. I ended up calling after hours of restaurant to borrow a chair from the dining room. There is a electric fireplace and an external air conditioning in the room. I found out there may be select tea bags and keuriq in the common area you can use. Port Sydney beach is at the end of the street while port Sydney falls is about a 10 min drive away. Location is about 13 min from huntsville by car. 2 local stops and a breakfast place down the road.
