Foxglove Cottages

Great location and close enough to explore the Balloch side of Loch Lomond

Location is great as within walking distance to the village and right next to the main hiking trails. Properties had every we needed and having en-suite for each room was a bonus!

Could do with a few more pots and pans as there were 6 of us, but we made do with what we had. Was a bit hard to find (as we didn't expect to have to go through the main gate), but google maps found it in the end (maybe sending a what3words location would be useful)

Enjoyed every bedroom being en suite and with baths. Kitchen well equipped and sitting area very comfortable with big tv. Underfloor heating throughout so very cosy. Although three units together they are spaced so decking is in seclusion. The location is close to Drymen though tucked away and off scenic small side road.

Dishwasher not working whole stay although someone came to repair and still faulty. Very difficult to operate as well with no instructions!

Staff were amazing & friendly. Loved the location & the cottage, was very clean, spacious & cosy. Highly recommend. We will definitely be returning. Also, the Clachan inn is just a walk away from cottage, a lovely friendly atmosphere & the food is beautiful, staff friendly & helpful.

There is nothing to dislike.

Extremely quiet location although still close to the village.

Lots of silly things wrong with the cottage/cabin as stated by previous guests. It's a pity someone/owner/caretaker???? Doesn't make the time or the effort to fix the annoying niggles that could be easily resolved.. Get your finger oot....Whoever you are. Could be really lovely.

The lodge was like a home from home, super comfortable, everything we needed and a fantastic location just to chill

Spacious and clean country home. Plenty of room for our whole family. The Walking trails were nice with a grocery store nearby but don't miss out on a delicious meal at The Clachan.
