Atendimento na recepção muito bom principalmente do atendente Gabriel ou Lucas. O pessoal do restaurante é muito atencioso também, destaque para Carolina, Eric e Frank fomos muito bem atendidos. O quarto é confortável e os travesseiros são otimos. Café da manhã bastante completo

A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar, cheguei e haviam vários mosquitos mortos no box e la eles permaneceram durante toda a semana. O ovo oferecido no café da manhã é muito ruim, mas quando pedimos para eles fazerem a parte fica ótimo. O checkout foi meio caótico, pois havia uma fila enorme e apenas uma atendente.

Localização e estrutura. Café da manhã excelente.

Fiz uma reserva para 2 adultos e 2 crianças, 2 quartos. Porém reservaram quartos separados. Como a reserva foi única, deveriam ser quartos conjugados.

Adoramos a organização, o cafe é maravilhoso e tem um grande diferencial PIMENTA DO REINO PARA O OVO MEXIDO, tenho que registrar tal peculiaridade, pois demonstra o cuidado nos mínimos detalhes.
