Staff were amazing

Fire alarm went off multiple times one night making sleeping difficult. The heat did not come on until 5:00 pm and I was cold. No flexibility around getting heat earlier was problematic.

Personnel non fluent en anglais ( ce qui amene parfois a des discussions longues pour se faire comprendre) Pas de set bouilloire the/ infusion/ cafe dans la chambre
