My wife had been trying to get out a slice of toast that was stuck in the toaster and one of the female staff members pushed open the door so fast and wild that it hit me wife on the head and there was no apology from that staff member or any other staff member the one guy brought us a bag of ice a few minutes later my wife has a huge bump on her head and she is complaining about severe pain on that spot, another issue was your staff members were pressing my door buzzer at 11:35 pm whilst I was asleep getting rest for my long drive to Haridwar the next day and he kept pressing the buzzer and disturbing me when I opened the door he asked me if he can clean the room at 11:35 pm In the night this is ridiculous honestly the rooms were clean the floor was very dirty also there is too many mosquitos flying around some sort of pest control should be used

Its a bit far from core vrindavan but was manageable. Walk 100 metres to find tuk tuk or autorickshaw

El personal de mantenimiento y recepción de la tarde en la que llegamos comprendió muy amablemente que en la habitación asignada había un problema de la bomba del agua del edificio por lo cual era imposible dormir allí. Fueron muy amables y serviciales incluso empaticos solucionaron el problema muy rápido. Mención especial para ellos un 10

La limpieza deja mucho que desear olor a tabaco en la habitación y sábanas, baño en una escala de 0 a 10 un 7 cristales con dedos esquinas con mierda de hace 10 años por no decir el suelo de la habitación que lo pasan con una mopa y algo grasiento y se marca al pisar. Esto puedes esperarte lo de un hostal o un hotel de menos categoría y precio pero por 72€ en India puedes conseguir hoteles de 5 estrellas impolutos de limpios y de instalaciones. No lo recomiendo
