Best Western Vrindavan

The F&B team was excellent, we had halfboard and they did great job, amazing food options. Stay was comfortable, the bed wasnt.

The toileteries, towels need a revamp. We had to call team multiple time to refresh stock, the room has mould and cleaniness was poor

Super hotel

Bad mattresses are too soft, maybe old, not comfortable to sleep. I had pain in back

We liked the hotel very much. The room was warm, unlike other hotels we stayed in, and it was super clean. The bathroom was excellent, with a walk-in shower and doors that kept the bathroom floor dry. We stayed for a few nights and found the hotel very comfortable throughout our stay.

The breakfast looked like it had a lot of choice, but it was entirely Indian food and quite spicy. As we were traveling with our 3-year-old child, this was challenging, as the only thing he could eat was toast. Like most hotels in Vrindavan, the hotel is purely vegetarian, so there was no meat or eggs. The most disappointing part was a miscommunication with the reception staff. We asked them to order a taxi to the train station, and they confirmed by saying “ok, ok,” but later it turned out they had not understood our request and the taxi was not ordered. Luckily, the train was delayed; otherwise, we would have missed it.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Location was decent though slightly far from Banke Bihari mandir.

Although the rate charged for the hotel was almost 5 star standards but but it was obviously not a 5 star property. Also, the upkeep of the linen and the towels could have been better.

The rooms were comfortable. Service is good. Even early morning we got service. Facilities are good. We got all that we asked for.

The view is below average. Local transport is a problem. E-ricks are not always available. Plus very expensive.

Pathetic property

Nothing. The property is old and not very well managed. The nails coming out of the floor and during winters, the cold air comes in. Also, the staff does not agree to the checklist of getting room ready while the customer is being blamed for taking away their towels. The food is also expensive and charge service tax as a mandate in the bill.
