very friendly staff helped my needs

The hallway reeked of urine and vomit, the carpet in my room turned my socks black.

Staff was AMAZING in helping secure the right room for price paid and then some. Evening shift and maintenance man were beyond friendly and accommodating 💯

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Our room smelled so strongly of cat urine, we contemplated sleeping in the car. The bedding and floor were highly stained and the carpet almost felt wet. There was garbage from the previous person, sunflower seeds spit all over the entertainment center and no liner in the trash can but a giant wad of hair and gum. The only good thing about this hotel was the lovely man working the counter who checked us in.

Room was pretty clean, except the toilet, wasn’t sure if if didn’t get cleaned or stained. No toilet paper. I was in the pet building, it smelled like it.

The staff were accommodating about letting us change rooms. Very nice about it.

The first room we checked into smelled so strongly of urine and ??? that I didn't even want to be in there. We tried buying air freshener but it wasn't enough. Stains on everything, dirt on walls, half of the lights, bathroom fan, and outlets didn't work. They let us change rooms, and the second one didn't smell, but had stains, and gross residue everywhere. No smoke alarm or sprinkler system, and only one working light. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF STAYING HERE.

Brothers two buildings One is for the hotel and one is for extended stays but they use it for the hotel for nightly rentals as well however she got nasty carpet smells very bad and whoever stays in there doesn't get the free breakfast in the morning so the breakfast is cut out for anybody that had that stays in the extended stay building but they still charge the same rate so I wasn't very happy

Absolutely nothing

The sheets were dirty, missing light bulbs in the lamps, They were blood stains on the towels in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower.

The floor was a sticky, nasty mess. There was weird brown gunk on the walls. Squares of loose carpet covered a significant stain on the floor. I kept hearing the sound of neighbors on the other side and the whole place smelled like a college dorm. Never coming back here again.

I understand that this is an older motel, but they could at least sweep the floors and clean the bathroom. We got a room with a queen size bed, there were only 2 pillows, most places give you 4 almost regardless if it's a queen or king room. No soap, no shampoo and speaking of showers, after a very long day of driving and loading vehicles, I wanted a nice long, hot shower. When I went to turn on the shower, no water, just drip drip. We called the front office and they told us we would have to wait until morning for the maintenance people and they had no other rooms available. We finally called Expedia to try to get a refund and go to another motel, we spoke with Abraham, he was wonderful, we told him about the shower and he called the front desk and told them to come see the shower for themselves so we could get a refund. Which they did and yes, it was broken and we got our refund. Not good customer service and need better cleaning.
