Bakan - Sainte Catherine

Good location, but they failed to mention that Rue St Catherine- the street the apartment is on- is completely torn up- and you must be dropped off down the street and around the corner to access it.

We chose the property because it had 3 beds. The couch was broken- we contacted them several tines- they promised someone would come to fix it- no one ever came. Sheets were stained- we asked for clean ones- no one came. On the second late afternoon if our 3 day stay- they offered that we could move to a new unit. We were out for the evening and explained we did not want to come back and have to move late at night- to another apartment- which we didn't have the information for. On the morning of our 3rd day- we asked again if someone could please fix the couch. We were out all day again and late in the afternoon they responded that we could move to another unit. Again- we said- we would not be moving late at night. Why had they again promised someone would fix the couch bed- and no one came!

Bien tenu, bien équipé, literie confortable. Bien placé dans le centre ville, les indications pour accéder à l'appartement étaient très claires.
