1. Get discount rate, so okaylah for first and last experience kat sini. 2. Hotel ni kat area Gohtong Jaya. So banyak Chinese restaurant. Tapi semua non-halal. 3. Hotel provided free parking and hotel tak collect any deposit. 4. The hotel walkable to a convenience store

1. Road condition: The road to the hotel is in terrible shape, full of potholes. 2. Reception staff (male): • Shows bad/annoyed facial expression with negative body language. • Totally not suitable for customer service — should be moved to the cleaning/maintenance department. He’d work better with tools and equipment than dealing with guests. • Rude attitude — can’t even respond politely when spoken to nicely. 3. Check-in experience: • I am not check-in here every day to learn about the hotel SOP and Pahang State rules! • No deposit is collected, but there’s a RM3 tax requested by the Pahang State Government. 4. Lack of guidance: • Both male and female receptionist didn’t show us where the lift was. • No signage or direction to guide guests to the lift.

Eventho the hotel looks old. But the room big and spacious.

Check in - counter very messy. And not welcoming. Mybe too many people
