"Horible expirience"

This hotel doesn not have a reception desk 24h. Therefore, I could not access my room(paid in advance), key was not left in a box in front of the hotel. I was advised ti send the email and they will replay in 24h.Therefore I end up sleeping in a car . Never, ever again will book a place without reception 24h , it is a joke.

No reception, unclear instruction for the key collet ion( incorrect pin). Only German speaking online “so called assistance”.

"Good location for a short stay, if you are transiting through."

Good location, parking available (very tight carpark).

Shower needed a good scrub, still hair in it from previous guests. Water cooler broken and drip tray growing orange mould.

Sehr nettes Personal 👍. Gleich an der S Bahn, 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Frühstück war super und das Zimmer auch. Es gibt halt keinen richtigen Schrank, aber für 2 Nächte war uns das egal. Sehr gute Vorhänge zum abdunkeln!
