Le Alcove del Leopardi

The house is very originally designed with special focus on small details. Everything is new and clean. The location is in quiet neighborhood but not very far from old city center. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace with coffee in the mourning and glass of wine in the evening. The tips of the host were very helpfull to us and we are looking forward to come again in Ostuni.

This apartment in Ostuni is a true hidden gem, especially for those who appreciate thoughtful design and comfort. Every corner of the house is decorated with care—stylish touches, local details, and a cozy, Mediterranean feel that makes the space feel special and unique. The balcony was one of my favorite spots: spacious, well-furnished, and perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine with a lovely view. Wont forget the food Tonia left us in the table for breakfast 🤩 The house is fully supplied with everything you might need—from a well-equipped kitchen to small details in the bathroom like soft towels, toiletries, and even scented candles. It’s clear that the hosts put real effort into making guests feel at home. I was especially impressed with how clean and organized everything was. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and beautifully maintained stay in Ostuni!

Great bakery right down the street and a small grocer next door. Easy walk to Old Town. Many breakfast goodies were offered and beer and wine available for a small charge. Lovely terrace on the roof to relax.

Lots of narrow stairs and the bathroom was downstairs from the bedroom.

Antonia is a wonderful host. The place is so charming, and the breakfast spread is amazing. Location is the best, and the rooftop was great to enjoy afternoon wine or morning espresso.

Nothing everything was perfect!!!

The apartment was wonderful with lots of extras - many snacks, a full array of toiletries. Clearly someone thought of the things you might need when away from home. The host communicated by text and always replied promptly when needed. She even went out of her way when I noticed a nasty spider bite which i got in Sicily. She immediately suggested several pharmacies, as well as the urgent care facility at the hospital within walking distance. We had a wonderful time with the center nearby and a grocery 100 feet away.

I should note that the stairs to the bedroom are very steep and turn half- way up. I think this would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, especially since you need to navigate the stairs to reach the bathroom. The other option would be to sleep in the pullout sofa (very comfortable) connected to the kitchen.

The accommodation was even more beautiful than in the pictures and had absolutely everything you need! When we entered the apartment, we were greeted by a wonderful welcome on the table, which delighted us. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. The view from the terrace is amazing! The owners came to meet us for every problem we had. Great recommendation! I am definitely coming back for another time.
