The location is great and parking was easy. The view of the ocean is fabulous and the AC in the unit worked well. Hot water and water pressure were good and neighbors were quiet.

The pictures in the listing do not represent the current condition of the unit. Rattling windows with gaps, pealing laminate cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms from water damage, NO WASHER AND DRYER in the unit as described, no pictures in the bedrooms, 1 bedroom didn't have a blanket or a comforter, sliding glass doors that don't slide and screens don't slide, cracks/smudges in the walls, the 2 chairs on the lanai were so gross and worn we didn't want to sit in them, just to name a few things. This unit is in desperate need of maintenance and some care. The cable in the living room didn't work at all and someone from Spectrum had to come out and replace it - which to our surprise we found them in our unit one afternoon when we came home from the beach! We also had a massive gnat infestation the first night - in the living room and the front bedroom. It was not just a few...it was 50-70 of them and they just kept coming in through the gaps in the windows. I called the property management company about the washer/dryer issue - no response, and about the gnats. They told me because it was late at night there was nothing they could do and that they were harmless... my husband had to go to the grocery store to get some bug killer spray and traps. Meanwhile my adult son and his partner had to sleep with hoodies on because the bugs kept landing on them and on their bed. We've been going to Maui for 15 years, about 10 times total, and I've never experienced a condo in this terrible of condition and lack of care from the property management company. Someone did come out the next afternoon, with no warning of time, and he brought sugar and apple cider vinegar to help with the gnat problem. Again, we've been to Maui a lot and we know it's tropical and there are bugs. But this was unbelievable. It put a massive damper on our trip, I was embarrassed to have local friends over, and we couldn't enjoy ourselves.

Nite place and beautiful ocean view

We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of room and really loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for a family of 4. We were able to shop at the local grocery stores and make some meals in our room. The cupboards were well-stocked except for a silicone spatula. :) The ice-maker in the freezer was sure nice to have! There were also large and small coolers, cleaning supplies, and several beach chairs and toys that were very nice to have! There was always a parking spot, and they were great about letting us arrive in the evening and then registering in the morning to get our parking pass to display in our windshield. There were 2 outdoor showers to wash off sand near the pool area, and it was nice to have codes for our condo and for the pool so we never had to keep track of keys. The beach isn’t necessarily great for swimming, but the view is to die for! We spent a lot of time on our lanai just enjoying the view, especially the sunset. It was also useful for drying towels and swimwear. There were 2 elevators that both worked perfectly, in the property landscaping was beautiful! The location was nice for finding restaurants, food truck parks, and beaches. We really liked the somewhat central location on the island to go any direction. Our main complaint was the sliding screen door in and out of the lanai. It was quite difficult to slide, and some of the screen was coming apart just a bit. We liked being on the fifth floor. Everything was well-soundproofed.

Amazing view from this apartment. Everything was there, beds comfortable, well equipped and in a strategic place of Maui.

The view is great. Close to everything.

Slider doors can rattle with the wind which can be a little disruptive. Web pictures shows what appears to be a Kuerig Machine on the kitchen counter so brought K-cups with us only only to find no Kuerig machine, but bought coffee and made do.

The views were wonderful. Excellent staff

The property is not new, but it has been well maintained and is great especially if you want an ocean view!
