The only bad thing about our stay was the pumps for the water activities were broken the whole time

We stayed for 8-nights. The front counter staff were friendly and always welcoming. I would like to especially thank Daverene Fuller for showing me around and offering the use of a patio location to host a gathering of 14 past friends and family. The suite is well equipped and cleanliness upon arrival was 4 of 5 stars (we are meticulous at our home). We took full advantage of the kitchen, preparing some of our own meals (big plus). Hot tub wasn’t used by us during our stay. I did attempt to turn on the tub jets but they appeared to be inoperable.

The hotel was clean and close to many areas that you want to visit. The breakfast was not bad but shoul have been better.

We had to change rooms because the room we got had mold smell it was really bad. The walls were dirty from spit or some other stuff that I don't even want to think what that is. Will not go back

I stayed for a week, and they never vacuumed my room or changed my sheets. They just took out the trash and changed the towels. My biggest complaint is that it's been almost two weeks, and they haven't returned the $250 deposit I had to pay upon arrival. They promised to return it in four to five days, and it's been 12 days, and nothing. I called the hotel, they treated me poorly, and they told me to keep waiting.
