Very good location; shop and restaurants close. Safe and nice neighborhood. Clean and nice, 2 bathrooms a big plus.

Door locks and keys were a bot difficult. Not able the grill/bbq outside. Pillows could be better.

Ample car parking

Very misleading to claim it has lake view. Estate agent-speak at its worst. One can just see a fragment of the lake in the far distance if you look hard enough. The apartment is on the third floor (no lift) and is a 10-15 minute walk to centre of Peschiera del Garda. Apartment has basic equipment and overly-complicated rules for rubbish/recycling collections for which the different coloured sacks are not provided and no indication about location of required coloured bins. Disappointed

Bad sound isolation from neighbours and outside traffic in one of the bedrooms

Huge and beautiful apartment well equipped. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Newly renovated. Great location. Lots of supermarkets and resturants in a short walking distance and also close to the old city.

3 floors to climb and need to open the gate and loby door with a key each time.
