Mooi hotel op 7 minuten met de taxi. Mooie kamers en mooie lobby. Zwembad wat troebel.

Kamers werden soms niet opgemaakt. Receptie zorgde wel voor nieuwe handdoeken. Bij afrekenen ‘vergiste’ de medewerker zich bij de berekening van prijs op booking in dollars naar Sum. Hij wilde 100 dollar meer laten betalen. Mogelijks was het echt een vergissing maar zo voelde het echter niet aan.

"Bel hôtel moderne."

Très bel hôtel moderne à moins de 10 minutes de la vieille ville. Environ 10 000 sums soit moins d'un euro pour y aller avec une application de vtc. Une grande piscine intérieure

The room was spacious and generally clean. The breakfast had lot of variety. The location is good as some attractions were within walking distance. Its a good option on a budget. I stsyed in room 608. The hair dryer in the bathroom was unsafe as the electric socket was off the wall with wires exposed. I asked for an iron and wasnt provided it as there was only one iron. The breakfast was good for beef eaters but not much options for others. It was also cold. The bread basket had slices with mould on it which was changed when we informed the staff.

Relatively new hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs. Respond quickly to requests. My room was upgraded due to the longer 3N stay. Quiet location, far from traffic noise. It is only about 1.5 km from major attraction spots- easy and cheap to get a Yandex taxi ( cost less than 10,000 som or US$0.9). Room rate of $60 for 4 star rated hotel represents excellent value. It has a decent size pool (est 15m).

Breakfast choices could be improved.

A wonderful hotel with top notch facility and excellent staff. Highly recommended.

The amount of free drinking water per day is too less given the dry weather. A water filter in the reception area to refill drinking water bottles for free would be very helpful.
